We ended up going to the fair on Columbus Day..Oops, we didn't realize that, and it was so so packed! But at least I got to have my corn dog, and I got to try a fried honey bun..it was pretty good. So here we are in front of Big Tex...I had her in her baby hawk carrier and she mostly slept while we were there..but she did look around every once an
d a while. And here's a picture of us sitting in front of one of the car exhibits while the boys were playing in a race car simulator. It actually got pretty hot that day but there was a cool breeze, so I took Lili out of her carrier for a little bit so she wouldn't have to be right next to me, feeling my body heat the whole time. We also had her is this cute little bucket hat so the sun didn't fry her little head. She's such a good little girl! Even feeding her while I was there was a lot easier than I had pictured in my head. So, this being Lili's first fair and all, I figured, we had to go on the ferriswheel, so it was mine a
nd Lili's first time together! It really wasn't as scary as I thought it was going to be. We only got to go around twice and it went a lot faster than I thought, so we weren't on it that long. Lili just slept right through that experience too, but at least I have pictures to show here when she gets older. So we ended up having a pretty good time. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the whole reason I wanted to go the the Fair, well maybe not the whole reason, but one of the big reasons, I bought my ShamWows!!

MAN I wish I could have gone to the fair with you guys. It looked like a lot of fun!!! I would have loved that. Oh and what are Sham wows?
